To create a thriving, inclusive, and accessible community focused on visual arts which supports a professional environment for visual artists, curators, creatives, and galleries within the Arts District of Downtown Nashville. The Arts District is deeply committed to honoring the diversity, authenticity, and unique cultures present in our city.

To this end,  the Downtown Arts District Alliance will  collaborate with galleries and other cultural institutions to create events and auxiliary programming to build solidarity and engagement with our immediate community and beyond. This includes the Second Saturday Downtown Art Crawl, along with other exciting  art-happenings  to be announced at a future date.

In addition, don’t miss our exclusive vintage horror film screenings every Friday night throughout October. It's a month-long celebration of art and cinema that promises thrills, chills, and creative inspiration for all ages. PRE-ART CRAWL DERBY EVENT

On May 1st, before the Art Crawl, we'll be using our newly renovated gallery space, The Cave, to host a limited-capacity, Derby-inspired event. Surrounded by Equine art, guests will be given the opportunity to watch the Kentucky Derby live on an 8 x 13 ft. screen while enjoying traditional cocktails in celebration of a century-old tradition. The event is free, but RSVPs will be required as capacity and seating is limited.
