Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, Chauvet Arts provides an inspiring backdrop that requires little additional decoration.

Our team can help you plan a layout that complements your event while allowing guests to experience the gallery and its collection.

PRIVATE EVENT RENTAL

EXTENDED EVENT RENTAL — $5,500

Up to 6 hours of exclusive gallery use, including setup and breakdown.

STANDARD EVENT RENTAL — $3,500

Up to 4 hours of exclusive gallery use, including setup and breakdown.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Additional gallery team members are available at $55 per hour, per person.

Catering, bar service, entertainment, and specialized audio/video equipment may be arranged for an additional fee.

RENTAL DETAILS

All rental periods include event preparation, setup, and breakdown time. A four-hour minimum applies to private events.

Furniture arrangements, catering logistics, decorations, and any additional event requirements are coordinated in advance to ensure a seamless experience.

Rental dates are subject to availability. A reservation deposit and signed rental agreement are required to secure your event.
